Wellness Wise by Dr. Alka takes a step further in the journey of imparting parenting skills, ‘Raahein-The Positive Parenting Guide’. We made our mark with our first workshop held in July,2023, where we received an overall rating of 4.7 on a 5-point scale.
We feel elated to announce our next workshop, ‘Navigating the Teen Years Together’, based on the needs expressed by parents. The workshop aims to help parents develop an understanding of adolescence and communicating effectively with teens.
